Our Story

The founder of AMDA, Roy Ramsey, struggled to find the proper services, suppliers, staff and programs to put his newly acquired, already existing, after market motorcycle shop on the road to profitability. It was the most difficult business he has ever been involved in. Out of his frustration grew the AMDA. He wants this association to be the all encompassing source of information and assistance that he was looking for but couldn’t find. He loves motorcycles, business and success. He wants the AMDA to support these and other aspects of the motorsports industry which will benefit the entrepreneurial dealer.

AMDA members design and build all makes and models of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and other motorsports vehicles to make them more faster, safer, more fun and/or like new again.

They buy, sell and install myriad Aftermarket and OEM parts and justify the existence of those who design, manufacture and distribute them.

As the Motorsports Dealers thrive and grow, so does the support system already in place.
