Below are design renderings submitted and selected by award-winning designer, illustrator and portrait artist, Frank Kocian Morris. (Detailed information about both the Memorial conceptual design and Frank Kocial Morris available in this press release)<\/p>\n<p>The Flame of Liberty is a sculpture of an eternal flame inspired by the flame of the Statue of Liberty.
