Membership Types<\/strong><\/h1>\n

There are six types of memberships.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Local Member:<\/strong>\u00a0Application Fee $50.00 Annual Membership Dues $195.00<\/em><\/h5>\n

Individuals or companies that provide services in one (1) state.<\/p>\n

Regional Member:\u00a0<\/strong>Application fee $100.00 Annual Membership Dues $395.00<\/em><\/h5>\n

Individuals or companies that provide service in 2 to 7 states.<\/p>\n

Super Regional Member:<\/strong>\u00a0Application fee $100.00 Annual Membership Dues: $795.00<\/em><\/h5>\n

Companies that provide service in 8 to 24 states.<\/p>\n

National Member:<\/strong>\u00a0Application fee $100.00 Annual Membership Dues $1,195.00<\/em><\/h5>\n
Companies that provide service in 25 or more states.<\/h5>\n
Affiliate Member:<\/strong>\u00a0Application fee $100.00 Annual Membership Dues $695.00<\/em><\/h5>\n

Mortgage servicing or industry related companies (ex. REO Brokers, Servicers, Investors)<\/p>\n

Associate Member:<\/strong>\u00a0Application fee $200.00 Annual Membership Dues $1,095.00<\/em><\/h5>\n

Those\u00a0offering products or services to the field service industry<\/p>\n

Application Fees are a one time non refundable fee<\/p>\n

*All current Members have input regarding all Applicants<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Application Requirements<\/h1>\n

1. Two letters of reference\/recommendation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

One must be from a current NAMFS member in good standing.\u00a0One from an individual engaged in a business relationship with the applicant\u00a0Click here for a complete list of member companies.\u00a0<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n


\n2.\u00a0FULL MEMBERSHIP\u00a0requires a\u00a0minimum\u00a0of two (2) years experience in mortgage field services.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

PROVISIONAL MEMBERSHIP\u00a0will be designated to applicants\u00a0with less than\u00a0two (2) years experience until such time as they reach the\u00a0required years experience\u00a0OR successfully complete ALL\u00a0applicable NAMFS Certifications through the NAMFS Academy.<\/p>\n

All applications are subject to review by the Executive Director and in case of challenges may be brought to the Board of Directors for final decisioning.<\/p>\n

Applicants who have worked\u00a0for NAMFS members within the past 12 months must disclose said relationship.<\/p>\n

If it is determined that an applicant has falsified\u00a0their application, a two year waiting period will be enforced.<\/p>\n

Please note:\u00a0The two week member comment period\u00a0process does not begin until the receipt of all required documentation –\u00a0submitted application, application fee and two letters of recommendation. \u00a0Association membership is at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n
