Registration Information

Register early! Sessions fill quickly!

An HGA Membership is required to register for sessions. Registration is taken on a first-come, first served basis, and Fiber Trust members who have given a financial gift of $100 or more in 2019 qualify for Priority Registration.

Registration closes July 5, 2020 and reopens onsite at the Knoxville Convention Center beginning Thursday, July 23, 2020. Registrations received onsite will be subject to an additional administration fee of $25 (US Dollars) and will be based on availability. Leaders are unable to admit students who have not registered in advance. Full payment is required to secure a space in a Session.

Purchase the Convergence Value Package (CVP) and save 25% on your Sessions!

In addition to the savings on Session registration, the CVP includes daily admission to the Marketplace and the Art Exhibits, 1 ticket to the Fashion Show, 1 ticket to the Keynote Presentation, and an HGA Tote Bag.

Supplies and Material Fees
Supply lists will be posted by Fall 2019. Session materials fees are payable to the Leader and collected by the Leader at the beginning of the Session. These fees will not be accepted by HGA.

Changes and Cancellations
Registrants may change their session selection until March 31, 2020. Requests must be made in writing and are subject to an administration fee of $25 (US Dollars).

Requests to cancel a Session must be made in writing by March 31, 2020. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the Session fee or $75, whichever is less. No refund will be given for cancellations received after March 31, 2020.

All Sessions require a minimum number of participants to run. HGA reserves the right to cancel Sessions if there is insufficient registration. If we must cancel a Session or Tour, HGA will issue a full refund.
