You will have a better Convergence\u00ae experience if you stay at the conference hotel. The close proximity to Convergence\u00ae activities and the ability to network with other attendees makes this an easy choice. In addition, by staying at the conference hotel you help keep future Convergence\u00ae rates low.<\/p>\n\t

Hotel Information<\/h3>\n

The hotel rates negotiated by HGA include many benefits for you and our organization. Based on the number of rooms we reserve and occupy; the hotel provides complimentary meeting room space \u2013 savings that are passed on to attendees through HGA\u2019s registration rates. If the Convergence\u00ae conference is unable to meet its commitment because attendees are making reservations at other hotels, HGA is charged a fee to make up for lost revenue. If this becomes a trend, HGA would be forced to increase the registration fee and cut services.<\/p>\n

Driving Directions:<\/strong> Take US Hwy 129N toward Knoxville, approximately 12 miles… Exit right to I40 E toward Asheville\/Lexington, approximately 1 mile… Take exit 388 for US Hwy 441 S, Henley St. Hotel is at the first traffic signal on the right<\/p>\n
