Bellingham mayor Kelli Linville will be joined by the mayors of Tateyama, Vaasa, Finland, Tsetserleg, Mongolia, Port Stephens, Australia, and representatives of Cheongju, South Korea, Nakhodtka, Russia, and Punta Arenas, Chile.<\/p>\n Doors open at\u00a011:30 a.m.\u00a0at the Syre Center, Whatcom Community College,\u00a0Wednesday, September 5, 2018, from\u00a011:30 a.m. \u2013 1:30 p.m.\u00a0Parking is free around Syre Center.<\/p>\n After the event our guests will tour a number of our local businesses. This is an opportunity to celebrate and build on the many cultural, educational, business, and governmental relationships Bellingham shares with all our sister cities.
