Therapeutic yoga is a system of self-care that focuses on easy to learn yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation that can be done anywhere and anytime to help manage stress and to promote:
- Health and balance in the physical body
- Efficiency in breathing and energy levels
- Relaxation, calm and ease in the mind
