$20\/hr (prepay online or at the door to instructor). Sign ups are in one-hour increments. Sign-up for 3 hrs and receive $5 discount. WAC members receive 10% discount on all.<\/p>\n

Spring Session

\nJune 12, 19, 26, July 3, 10, 17 (6 week session)<\/strong>\n

Class can be done in chair (provided) or on floor (bring your own yoga mat and mask)<\/p>\n

Charge:<\/em> $72 per person for this 6 week series. Sorry, NO drop-ins.<\/p>\n

Masks must be worn (Mats are kept 10 feet apart).<\/p>\n

Therapeutic yoga is a system of self-care that focuses on easy to learn yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation that can be done anywhere and anytime to help manage stress and to promote:<\/p>\n
