ECAD provides highly skilled service dogs to increase mobility and independence for people living with disabilities. ECAD’s Project HEAL™ is comprised of three interrelated programs designed to meet the needs of veterans living with physical injuries, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and/or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

The mission of Patriot PAWS is to train and provide service dogs of the highest quality — at no cost to disabled American veterans and others with mobile disabilities and PTS — in order to help restore their physical and emotional independence. Patriot PAWS intends to build partnerships with state and community organizations to help develop and support this goal.
